What is BeeZee for All?

A 12 week healthy lifestyles programme that will support you to make small, realistic changes that will help you lose weight – for good! Our programmes focus on long-term behaviour change that will enable you to make your own healthier choices and feel great!

BeeZee For All welcomes people of all ages, genders, shapes and sizes who want to support each other to achieve their common goals. Attend with a friend, partner or family member, or come along and meet new likeminded people.

What do I need to know?
  • You will attend group sessions once a week for 12 weeks, where our nutritionists and exercise leaders will help you to achieve your goals.
  • Each session will last for two hours including one hour of healthy eating advice and one hour of fun but effective physical activity. The exercise instructor will help you work to your individual fitness levels – we do everything from gentle chair-based activity to boxing and aerobics.
  • You will stay part of the same group for the whole 12 week programme and build long-lasting friendships!
  • Sessions currently run across Brighton & Hove and are free to attend!*
* for anybody with a BMI of 25+ or 23.5 for BAME groups or those with co-morbidities.
