What Data do We collect?

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

We also use Google Signals, a feature of Google Analytics, to associate the visitation information that it collects from our website/app with Google information from accounts of signed-in Google-account users who have consented to this association for the purpose of providing more relevant information to you.

The personal data collected by Google Signals are cookies and usage data as specified in Google’s Privacy Policy.

How do we store your data?

BeeZee Bodies securely stores all your data.

Marketing and communications

Your data is stored on HubSpot Secure CRM protected with in-transit encryption using 2,048-bit or better keys and TLS 1.0 or above.

Healthy Lifestyle Services

Your data is stored on Firm step CMS Cloud (hosted on AWS datacentre in Ireland) before being downloaded and transcribed to the Data Collection and Recording Service owned by NHS Midlands & Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit.

Who has access to your information?

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf
