BeeZee Ladies is a healthy lifestyle course tailored to women, unlike any weight loss effort you’ve tried before. Forget quick fixes and fad diets, we’ll support you to make long-term healthy changes, improve your wellbeing and lose weight – and maintain it for good!

What is BeeZee Ladies?

BeeZee Ladies is a free 12-week healthy lifestyle course tailored to women who have a little weight to lose and want to improve their overall health and wellbeing. You will join a supportive group of ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes to help each other reach common goals.

  • Learn about nutrition and let our experts support you to make healthy choices that fit around your lifestyle.  
  • Discover activities that you love – our female coaches will deliver fun fitness sessions individually tailored to your abilities.  
  • Look great and feel fantastic… for good. We believe in behaviour change; we won’t provide a quick fix but the results will last forever.  
What will we be doing?
  • We will meet for a two-hour session every week; the first hour will be a group discussion around a nutrition topic and the second hour will be fun but effective physical activity.
  • We will take part in exercise sessions to suit all abilities – we try things like aerobics, Zumba, pilates and circuits.
  • You’ll build friendships with the other ladies in the group and support each other to reach your common goals together.
  • Sessions currently run across Brighton & Hove and are free to attend!*
* for anybody with a BMI of 25+ or 23.5 for BAME groups or those with co-morbidities.
