A healthy lifestyle course unlike anything you’ve tried before. We know fad diets and quick fixes don't work - we'll help you build healthy habits that keep the weight off for good.

What is BeeZee Ladies?

BeeZee Ladies is a free 12-week healthy lifestyle course tailored to women who want to lose weight and improve their overall health and wellbeing. You will join a supportive group of ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes to help each other reach common goals.

  • Discover activities that you love – our female coaches will deliver fun fitness sessions individually tailored to your abilities
  • Look great and feel fantastic… for good. We believe in behaviour change; we won’t provide a quick fix but the results will last forever

What will we be doing?

  • We’ll meet for a two-hour session every week
  • The first hour will be a group discussion on nutrition, and the second hour will be fun but effective physical activity
  • We’ll have exercise sessions to suit all abilities – we enjoy things like aerobics, Zumba and pilates
  • You’ll make new friends with the other women in the group and support each other to reach your common goals
  • Sessions currently run across Brighton & Hove and are free to attend!*
* for anybody with a BMI of 25+ or 23.5 for BAME groups or those with co-morbidities.
