BeeZee Bumps is an antenatal healthy lifestyles group to support mums-to-be with a BMI between 30 and 40.
Over an eight week course, will guide you through pregnancy nutrition and safe, gentle exercise.
Groups are led by our maternal nutrition specialist and prenatal exercise instructors and focus on creating healthy habits during pregnancy and beyond.
BeeZee Bumps is not a weight-loss programme; but after you’ve had your baby you’ll be invited back to join our BeeZee Mums course to support you through post-pregnancy and help you lose the baby weight.
We found BeeZee Families really enjoyable and fun for all the family. We are all feeling healthier and energised since we’ve been getting more exercise.

The sessions were tough but rewarding and the camaraderie with us fat blokes was great! At the end of the program I’d lost some weight, made some friends but most importantly had rebuilt some of my confidence.
I never realised weight loss would be so fun and easy. Our program and exercise leaders were fun and relaxed, which meant it wasn’t a chore to attend and making new friends was a plus for me too!
