We love these delicious sweet potato wedges!
Serves: 8 Prep Time: 20 Mins Cook time 20 Mins
Ingredients
2 sprays of olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
5 large sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters
Method
Pre-heat to 200°C.
Lightly grease a baking tray and warm in the oven
In a large bowl, mix olive oil and paprika then add the sweet potato and toss to coat.
Place potatoes on the hot prepared baking tray and bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy
