Tzatsiki Dip

Tzatsiki is a Greek dip, made from yoghurt and cucumber. It’s light and refreshing, the perfect accompaniment for summer BBQ’s. Try dipping with crudités or our low-salt homemade tortilla chips, or spread inside our delicious Souvlaki wraps! (Recipe here)

By making your own homemade tzatsiki, using low fat yoghurt (or even a dairy-free yoghurt), you’ll have a lower calorie and lower salt version.
