Overnight Oats

Here is a super easy fool-proof overnight oats recipe! It’s a balanced meal with a portion of carbohydrates, fruit, and dairy! As the weather gets warmer, cold oats are a great option instead of your normal warm porridge. It’s really easy to make and can be adapted to whatever your taste preferences are! I usually top mine with some nuts and a banana, but choose whatever works best for you. Let us know if you give this recipe a try!

  • Porridge oats
  • Frozen berries
  • natural yoghurt
  • dash of skimmed milk or milk alternative
  • Any additional fruit/nuts for topping
  1. Pour approximately 3-4 tablespoons of oats into a container
  2. Add 4-5 tablespoons of frozen fruit
  3. Next add 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  4. Finally add a dash of milk and give it a good mix
  5. Leave overnight and eat the next morning
