Making healthy habits that make a difference!

BeeZee Families participant Tycho is running for the environment and for charity!

We love hearing about all the amazing things our BeeZee Bodies get up to outside of groups! From BeeZee Dogs meeting up for walkies, to the Gutless guys arranging a Sports Day. But today it’s time to meet one of our fantastic families who are getting active, caring for the planet, and raising money for charity all at the same time! Now that’s what we call multi tasking.

Say hello to Tycho!

Tycho’s little brother Huxley is a bit of a fussy eater, so the entire family joined BeeZee Families in Letchworth to make some healthy eating habits together. They also were enjoying getting exercise together as a family. So much so, that when Tycho was given a school project “it’s cool to be kind” – he decided to start running. Or Plogging, to be more precise. (That’s jogging and litter picking, a Swedish fitness craze!)

Tycho running with mother and BeeZee Staff

Tycho and his Mum started plogging every day, training Tycho for a big 5k Parkrun which he was doing to raise money for the MS Trust.

Mel from BeeZee Bodies joined in too, to help Tycho through his big race. He managed it in a speedy 42 minutes and has already raised an incredible £207.53 for the MS Trust! This is an amazing achievement, but we want to help him raise even more so if you can spare a few pennies or pounds you can donate here.

To find out more about Tycho’s plogging journey, in his own words – he made us this little video! Check it out!

You can help Tycho raise even more money for the MS Trust by donating to his fundraising page
