5 things to do before attending your first BeeZee Families sesh!

So you’ve signed up to BeeZee Families, you’ve spoken to one of our lovely nutritionists on the phone and received your welcome pack.

Here are 5 things to do before attending your first session….

1. Check out the welcome pack.

If you haven’t already, make sure you’ve familiarised yourself with the info we’ve sent to you in the post (you’ll also receive a copy by email too!)

2. Double check the day, time and location of your group

We run groups in lots of locations in your local area as well as online courses. So double check which group you are registered for, and make sure you know how to get there… or if you’ve signed up for the online course, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to access the webinar software and log in!

3. Add us to your safe senders list!

If you are signed up to our online course, we will be sending you a webinar link by email each week. Quite often these emails will end up in junk, and it puts people into a panic when they can’t get into the session! To avoid getting lost in cyberspace, please make sure you add bzlivecentral@beezeebodies.co.uk to your safe senders.

4. Dig out some comfy clothes and trainers!

Whether you’re joining us IRL or online, there will be plenty of chances to get moving with some fun games and activities. Grown ups are encouraged to join in too, so make sure you’re dressed in something you can move in and suitable shoes.

5. Have a positive talk with your child
Some children are less than thrilled to be signed up to a healthy lifestyles course, but rather than drag them along kicking and screaming – we promise you can reassure them that it WILL be fun! It’s not a ‘fat camp’, there’s no pressure on anyone to lose weight or do anything they don’t want to do. We want to help you explore ways you enjoy being healthy – not force you onto a diet of rabbit food and bootcamps! Check out this useful guide….
