Q: Why am I getting a message saying the room isn’t ready, or I’m unable to join?
  • You’ve probably tried to join the webinar too soon
  • The room only opens 30 minutes before the session starts, so you can’t get in before that
  • We’ll send you an email 30 minutes before your session every week, so you’ll always get a reminder at just the right time 🙂


Q: I haven’t received an email from my teammate/Nutritionist to access the webinar?
  • Check back in a few hours / days as email invites get sent the Friday before and 30 mins before webinars start.
  • Search for emails from ‘beezeebodies’
  • Check your spam and junk, sometimes it ends up there.
  • If you can’t find any emails please contact your BeeZee teammate, they can send you another over email, or even text.


Q: I can’t access the room with the link I was sent?
  • Double check your using the most recent access email – it should have been sent within the last week.
  • Still no joy? Contact your BeeZee teammate and they can help.


Q: I’ve logged in but can’t hear anything or type anything?
  • The speaker icon at the top of the screen should be lit up green, click it to turn it on
  • Sometimes certain boxes or ‘pods’ don’t work on different platforms, like on mobile phones or tablets. You can usually still hear the team when they start talking.
  • Try closing and re-opening the room using the same link – that can reset the room.



Q: I’ve logged in but I put the wrong name, or spelt something wrong?
  • You should be able to see an ‘Attendees’/’Who’s Here’ box (usually on the right of the screen), click the 3 dots on the top right of the box and look for the ‘Edit My Info’ option. 
  • Click it and you can re-enter your name.



Q: I’m on a mobile or tablet and not sure how it works?
  • The layout is a little different from desktop, so check out these guides for more info:

Q: The Adobe screen  has frozen and I can’t write in chat?
  • Try closing and re-opening the room using the same link – that can reset the room.
  • Check your internet speed, you can use this site: https://www.speedtest.net/ Sometimes slow internet can stop the room loading.
  • If lots of people in your house are using it at once, that can slow it down too!


Q: The room is crashing or I can’t get access at all and have tried everything above.
  • Please contact and consult Adobe Connect support on their site: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/support/connect.html – you can use the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen.
  • If you feel that BeeZee Live isn’t working or right for you please chat to your BeeZee teammate. Our job is to help support you as best we can, so we’re always open to exploring what else could work.
