What does it consist of?

We aim to support and guide you through a healthy pregnancy, enabling the best start for you and your baby.

The programme is made up of a mixture of nutrition and exercise sessions run by our maternal nutrition specialist.

We will guide you through the mind field that is pregnancy nutrition, while also encouraging gentle exercise (don’t worry we don’t have you out running around a field!).
